Our place.

Our cellar door and garden are available for private events in the Yarra Valley. You bring the people and your preferred caterer or food truck. We’ll take care of the venue, the drinks and the details we agree on together.

This calculator gives you an immediate ballpark—not a contract. If your idea doesn’t fit neatly into the boxes, excellent. Send it through anyway and we’ll nut out the details, or negotiate something that makes more sense.

A LITTLE PARTY PLANNING

The practical stuff.

Garden party? Yes.
Rain plan? Also yes.

In good weather, up to 80 guests can spread out across the garden and cellar door. The cellar door cannot comfortably hold all 80 indoors if it rains.

You’ll need your own approved wet-weather backup, such as a marquee or alternative venue, at your cost. We’ll agree on Plan B together before the event.

Food is
your call.

Bring your own caterer or food truck, subject to our approval and a current certificate of insurance. Our $200 fee covers the extra coordination when it’s needed.

Furniture or equipment beyond our standard on-site capacity, plus florals, styling, entertainment and photography, are organised separately.

Let’s get everyone
home nicely.

There is not enough on-site parking for an 80-person event. For larger groups, we suggest parking in Yarra Glen with a return shuttle bus.

You organise the transport; we’re happy to help coordinate the logistics.

Locking in
the date.

  • 30% non-refundable deposit to confirm
  • Balance due 14 days before the event
  • Final numbers and dietary requirements due 7 days before
  • Cancellation within 30 days: full quoted amount payable
  • Downloaded estimates are valid for 30 days

Supplier setup and pack-down access, plus any staffing required for those hours.

How many hours the $95 drinks package covers, and pricing for extra hours.

Final staffing levels, plus any Sunday or public-holiday surcharges.
